Often we are surprised by the challenges that come along with our own success. Things can become much more complex than they were – and we find our success taking a toll on our relationships, our time and even our own energy and health.
Perhaps you feel that the pace you’ve surrendered to is holding you hostage.
Our culture says this is what it means to be a grown-up. We are not taught or encouraged to push the pause button, take a breath and re-assess or re-align. Instead, there is subtle (and not-so-subtle) encouragement to wear our busy-ness as a badge of honor.
Even if we’re not at a breaking point, it’s important that we ask ourselves what we’re creating. With every waking moment we are paving the path that becomes the journey of our life. Are we ok with where this road is heading?
We have a choice to reclaim our days and our life, to do what it takes to be more engaged and effective rather than relent to endless busy-ness. But our present and our future will be a continuation of the past unless we make an intentional shift. We can even find success doing work and leading a life that might be rewarding to someone else but is not for us.
Working with Shannon has helped me gain clarity not only on personal and professional priorities – but to act on that by putting more of my time and focus toward those activities that support those highest priorities – as well as my team and my company’s goals.
Jennifer Taylor, COO, 501 Partners
Shannon allowed me to get clarity and create a solid framework for making decisions that were all interconnected into the direction I needed and wanted to take my business and my personal life. The long term implications of our work together are endless….If you are considering working with Shannon, my recommendation to you is: “Do it”.
Rob Cordasco, CPA, Owner of Cordasco & Company P.C.
I initially came to Shannon for help with my business financials, but within the first session I realized that the improvements I was looking for ran much deeper into other areas of my life. She helped me to get clear on some important personal, business, and educational goals, and during the last six months I have seen them all come to fruition…

After a couple of sessions with Shannon, I felt like I experienced clarity on specific short-term goals, as well as an action plan on how to achieve them. More importantly, Shannon also helped me realize what I had been craving, which turned out to be specific volunteer server work within my new community…

What if we open to the possibility of a different – and more authentically successful – way of being?
What if we could live in a way that is more engaged and intentional? What if we decided where we are putting our energy each moment and each day – from a place of fun and positivity? Moving through life with grace and ease, purpose and connection? All while taking our career to the next level in a meaningful way, increasing our income as well as our free time?
There is another way. I know because I’ve been there myself. I created this program to help individuals and organizations navigate these challenging waters. And for most of us it starts with getting clear on what’s most important and then shifting beliefs and habits, gradually and over time, in order to get there.
It is possible to live in a way that is full of more intention and less reaction. Meaning matters. And so do you and the people in your life.
I invite you to take the first step toward a more intentional, meaningful, and engaged life today.
